IT sourcing & implementation
PEBITECH supplies the specialists and does the build work behind rules engines, event streaming, delivery pipelines and cloud platforms — for banks, insurers and enterprises that cannot afford a shaky integration.
What we do
We work where the business logic meets the plumbing: the rules that decide, the mesh that carries the event, and the pipeline and platform that keep both running.
Rules your business team can read, change and release without a code drop.
An event mesh that gets the message to every system that needs it, once.
A repeatable path from commit to production, with the audit trail intact.
Landing zones built for review, and a migration plan that survives one.
How we work
Most clients start with one and move to another. The engineers are the same either way.
Screened Blaze, Solace, DevOps and cloud engineers who join your squad and report into your leads. Contract, extended contract, or contract-to-hire.
A scoped piece of work with a named lead, a delivery plan and acceptance criteria agreed up front. You review at each milestone.
Managed support for the platforms we build or inherit — patching, upgrades, incident response and the small changes that keep piling up.
Who we work with
We deploy and integrate PubSub+ event brokers and event mesh, and can bring the Solace architecture team into a technical review alongside us.
We design, migrate and tune Blaze Advisor rulesets and the decision services around them, from first ruleset to production release cycle.
Built for review
Nothing has to leave your perimeter. We work inside your network, on your images.
Releases go through your CAB, your approvals and your evidence requirements.
Named accounts, scoped access, logged sessions. No shared credentials.
Architecture, data flow and security reviews are part of the engagement, not an afterthought.
What we stand for
Four letters, and four things you can hold us to. PEBI isn't an abbreviation of anything — it's the short version of how we agreed to work before we took the first client.
Systems that hold on the busiest day of the quarter, not just in the demo. We agree the number first, then build to it.
Straight answers on scope, cost and risk — including the ones that cost us the work. What we can't do, we say early.
Enterprise-grade rigour at boutique speed. Neither the review nor the release date gets quietly sacrificed for the other.
New technology when it earns its place in production. We bring you what works, not what's trending this quarter.
Our vision
To become the partner that regulated enterprises call first for the systems they cannot afford to get wrong — building at the pace of a startup, to the standard of an institution.
We want to grow on the two things that are hardest to fake and slowest to build: high ethics and real innovation. Ethics is what makes a bank hand us the next system; innovation is what makes that system worth having. Neither works alone — an honest team shipping yesterday's architecture is as useless to a client as a clever one that oversells.
So we measure growth the slow way. Not by headcount or logos on a slide, but by how many clients come back with something harder than the last thing they gave us.
Intelligence built for what comes next
About us
PEBITECH is an IT sourcing and implementation company working across decision engines, event streaming, delivery pipelines and cloud platforms. We were set up in 2026 to do one thing properly: get the systems that carry money and decisions into production, and keep them running once the launch team has moved on.
Our clients are banks, fintechs and mid-market enterprises operating under real regulatory weight. They rarely come to us with a blank page. They come with a rules engine somebody left half-migrated, a broker nobody wants to touch, or a release process that takes six weeks for a two-line change.
We stay small on purpose. Every engagement has a named technical lead who is on it from the first workshop to the handover — not a delivery layer that has never opened the code.
That means we take on fewer engagements than we could, and we say so early when something isn't ours to build. It also means the engineer in your stand-up is the engineer who scoped the work.
